How it works
Tell us the rough size of the lawn, its condition and your postcode. You get a written quote for the work your lawn actually needs, priced against measured area, and you decide in your own time. Treatments, scarification, aeration, overseeding, weed and pest control and turfing are all covered to the same standard.
The standards behind a quote
- The lawn gets measured: per square metre pricing means nothing without a measurement, and guessing from the gate is how quotes end up hundreds apart.
- Products get named: the feed analysis, the moss control and the selective herbicide, listed, with the exclusion period for children and pets stated.
- Debris removal is stated: scarification produces a remarkable volume of moss, and whether it leaves the garden is part of the price.
- Honest verdicts: if a lawn is too far gone to renovate, or if it simply needs mowing higher and nothing else, that is what you get told.
- One enquiry, one contractor: your details are never passed around a ring of firms.
